CORN BREAD DRESSING 
2 to 3 c. crumbled corn bread
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sage or poultry seasoning
Pepper to taste
2 c. water
Chicken bouillon or broth

Mix all ingredients. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
