SUKIYAKI 
Thinly sliced beef
Suet
Tofu (soy bean curd)
Shirataki (yam noodles)
Spring onions (green onions)
Dry onions (optional)
Mirin (Shoyu and sugar)
Mushrooms
Spinach
Raw eggs

Preheat skillet, add suet. Cover skillet with single layer of beef and saute. Push meat to side. Add mirin, onions, mushrooms, tofu, spinach and shirataki.
