HOMEMADE ENCHILADA SAUCE 
1 Ancho chile pepper
1 Guajillo chile pepper
1 Mulato chile pepper
1 Pasilla chile pepper
1 cup orange juice
1/4 of an onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt, to taste
canola oil

Remove all chile seeds! Next, pour 1 cup of orange juice into a saucepan. Add all 4 chiles. Boil until soft.

Put onion in your blender with a small can of tomato sauce. After your orange juice and 4 chiles and soft put both orange juice and 4 chiles in the blender with your onion and tomato sauce. Blend and add salt to taste!

In a saucepan pot add some oil. Once the oil is hot add your sauce to the pan and heat until it comes to a boil! Enjoy.

Note: You can also add 2 tablespoons of this sauce to make Chorizo meat!
