SHRIMP KABOBS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. saki (Japanese wine)
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 lbs. lg. shrimp, shelled
Mushrooms
Small onions
Cherry tomatoes
Rice pilaf

Combine soy sauce, oil, saki and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours. Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes to taste. Broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently. Serve with rice pilaf.
