HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Cooked noodles or long grain and wild rice

Brown ground beef and onions together, drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Add butter. When melted, add sour cream and stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until hot. Pour over noodles or rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Looks awful but tastes good.
