6 c. Crispix
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans

Mix nuts and cereal in a bowl. Melt butter and sugar; boil for 2 minutes. Mix syrup with cereal mix; spread on cookie sheet lined with foil and bake for 15 minutes at 215 degrees.
