BAKED PANCAKE WITH FRUIT 
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. Little Bits Nestle chocolates
2 c. fresh fruit
Confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In oven melt butter in 10 inch cast iron skillet. In large bowl combine eggs, milk, and flour; beat until frothy. Pour into hot skillet. Bake at 425 degrees for 2 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate morsels over pancake. Return to oven. Bake at 425 degrees for 17-19 minutes. Top with fresh fruit and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Serve immediately. Makes 1 pancake.
