CHEESE POTATOES 
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
6 to 8 med. potatoes (peeled and sliced)
2 tbsp. chopped onions

Make a white sauce with first 5 ingredients then add cheese to sauce. Put potatoes and onions in a dish and pour sauce over. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered then 1/2 hour uncovered.
