8 med. potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese or 1/2 of lg. jar of Cheez Whiz
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. bacon fat

Combine potatoes, bacon, onion, salt and pepper. Mix cheese, mayonnaise and bacon fat together. Stir into potato mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
