CHEESE SOUP 
1 qt. water
2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cubed potatoes
16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook water, bouillon and onions 7 to 10 minutes. Add potatoes and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook 10 minutes. Add soup, milk, and cheese. Good anytime, but especially on those cold winter days.
