1/2 c. butter 1 1/3 c. packed brown sugar 1/3 c. milk 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda Combine in saucepan butter, brown sugar and milk. Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in well greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Drizzle with Penuche Frosting. PENUCHE FROSTING: Melt together in saucepan 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons milk and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in 1 cup powdered sugar. |
