CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
1 stick butter
Garlic
10 chicken cutlets (boneless breasts)
10 slices Swiss cheese
10 slices lean boiled ham
1/2 c. white wine
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs

Place cheese and ham slices inside cutlets. Fold in half and secure with toothpicks. Beat 2 eggs in small bowl. Place 1 cup Italian bread crumbs in another small bowl. Take chicken cutlet and dip into egg mixture. Then coat with bread crumbs. In frying pan, melt butter with garlic. Add chicken cutlets and cook on each side until golden brown. Place in baking dish. To garlic and butter dripping add 1/3 cup vermouth or white wine. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 5.
