CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
3 chicken breast split (boneless)
4 oz. lean cooked ham, sliced thin
4 oz. Swiss cheese
Minced parsley
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs (whole wheat)
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Skin and bone chicken breast. Flatten slightly with edge of plate. Place a ham and cheese slice on each chicken piece; sprinkle with minced parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll up chicken to enclose ham and cheese, secure with skewers or toothpick. Blend bread crumbs with oil and pour onto a plate.

Press each chicken roll into the mixture to coat lightly. Place chicken rolls on non-stick baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until chicken is tender.
