BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped and drained
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Toss all ingredients together gently until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Toss again before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
