FRESH BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli, cut into sm. pieces
3/4 of stem, cut very fine
1/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
1 pkg. Good Seasons garlic dressing (not creamy kind)
1/2 basket cherry tomatoes or 3 sm. tomatoes
1/2 can ripe olives, cut in half

Marinate all above overnight, except tomatoes and olives. Just before serving add tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces and olives. Fold into the above mixture. Serve. 8 to 10 servings.
