MONKEY BREAD 
4 tubes buttermilk biscuits, 10 count each
1 stick butter
1 1/3 c. sugar (divided)
2 tsp. cinnamon (divided)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Mix together 2/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp. of cinnamon. Put cinnamon mixture in a brown paper bag or container with tight fitting lid. Drop 4 to 6 pieces of biscuit into mixture and shake to cover. Remove and drop into buttered tube pan. Repeat process until all pieces are coated.

In small saucepan, melt butter. Add remaining sugar and cinnamon and vanilla. Bring to a boil and pour over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and invert pan on serving platter. Serve in place of coffee cake or sweet rolls.
