1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 box lg. size Rice Chex
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter, and chips together. Pour over Rice Chex, coat well. In a bag, put powdered sugar and add coated cereal. Shake gently until all is covered with sugar. Store in airtight bag.
