CLAM & MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
1 can minced clams, drained
1 sm. can button mushrooms, cut in half
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
30 crushed unsalted saltines (30 singles)
Generous amount of butter on top

Beat eggs, add other ingredients. Bake in 8"x8" Pyrex or 2 quart Corning Ware, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
