HEARTY MUSHROOM CLAM BISQUE 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 (6 oz.) cans minced clams, save juice
Dash of mace

Blend soup, onion, milk, sherry, clams, juice and dash of mace. Heat. Serves 8.
