CONGEALED FRUIT AND VEGETABLE
SALAD
 
2 boxes apricot Jello
2 c. boiling water

Mix well until dissolved then let stand until cool.

Put 6 carrots and 4 apples through food processor. Add 18 ounce can of crushed pineapple. Add to Jello mixture. Let set until congealed, then serve.
