CRANBERRY ORANGE SAUCE | |
1 qt. raw cranberries, washed 1 c. broken walnuts 1 c. orange marmalade or 12 oz. Smuckers 2 c. sugar 5 tbsp. lemon juice In shallow 9x13 inch pan, stir in cranberries with sugar. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spread walnuts in a shallow pan and toast along with cranberries about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Combine cranberries, walnuts, marmalade and lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator. |
