ORANGE CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 c. water
3 c. fresh cranberries (rinse, stemmed)
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Combine sugar, orange juice and water in large saucepan. Bring boil over medium-low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add berries and cook until popped (5-7 minutes). Mash some berries with the back of a wooden spoon. Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cool completely. Refrigerate sauce until ready to serve. Makes 3 cups.
