HOMEMADE HOT CAKES 
4 eggs
1 level tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar (heaping)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2/3 c. flour (regular)

Mix in all ingredients together until all blended together evenly. Heat frying pan well with 1 teaspoon of oil or cooking spray evenly. Put about a cup of mixture in pan and let bubbles form all over. Flip with spatula to other side and cook until brown on both sides.

Makes approximately 8 to 10 servings.

Hint: Half a cup mixture makes mini hot cakes (doubles the quantity!).
