TERESA'S GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz.) cans French style green beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (4.4 oz.) pkg. rice & sauce, chicken flavor
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Cook rice and sauce according to directions on package. While this is cooking, blend mushroom soup and cream cheese. Mix cooked rice mixture with mushroom soup and cream cheese, green beans and sliced chestnuts. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Top with 1 tube Ritz crackers that have been crushed and sauteed in 1 stick of butter. (I saute the crackers in the microwave.) Bake, covered until bubbly at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Bake, uncovered for the last 5 minutes, to brown the crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
