MUSHROOM SPREAD 
1/2-3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. onion, grated & drained
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Saute mushrooms in butter. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill and serve. Makes great little finger sandwiches.
