BAKED BEANS 
8 lbs. bacon
16 lbs. ground beef
20 lbs. pork & beans
20 lbs. kidney beans
6 cans lima beans
1 gal. ketchup
5 tbsp. salt
20 tbsp. dried onions
11 tbsp. mustard
11 tbsp. vinegar
8 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and pour off all but 12 tablespoons of grease. In remaining grease brown hamburger. Remove any excess fat. Add pork & beans, kidney beans, and lima beans; blend well. In a separate bowl, combine ketchup, salt, dried onions, mustard, vinegar, and brown sugar. Add to beans. Bake 1 hour or until mixture is warmed through.
