ORA'S APPLE POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. golden raisins

Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Combine dry ingredients and add sugar mixture; beat well. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. This is very, very good.
