ARTICHOKE QUICHE 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. chopped onions
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt

Drain artichokes, saving marinade from 1 jar. In marinade, saute onion. Cut up artichokes. Beat eggs and add crumbs and seasonings. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool. Serve hot or cool.
