LASAGNA 
MEAT MIXTURE:

4 lbs. ground pork & beef, half & half
1 lg. onion, diced
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Saute meat in olive oil then add to sauce.

SAUCE:

2 lg. cans tomatoes
2 sm. cans paste plus paste can of water
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. Accent

Cook on low heat 3 to 4 hours.

CHEESE MIXTURE:

3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2 balls Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and have ready for layering lasagna.

Boil 1 pound lasagna noodles for 15 minutes at rapid boil (rinse with cold water). Take a large pan and start with sauce on bottom, layer with noodles, spread cheese mixture over noodles, then sauce. Sprinkle with more grated cheese, repeat with same, end with sauce on top. and sprinkle a lot of cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
