1 lb. 85% ground beef 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix 1 egg 1/2 c. Quaker oats or bread crumbs 2 pkgs. corn tortillas 1 egg on side, beat up Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly. Fry tortillas lightly just to soften. Roll meat mixture in hot tortillas, baste with beaten up egg mixture on edge to seal each roll. Should not be bigger than your thumb (circumference). Cut in half and fry in oil until crisp. Serve with salsa dip or mixture of soy sauce and pepper flakes. |
