POTATOES AU GRATIN | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 jar Cheez Whiz or to taste 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 can water chestnuts 1/2 onion 1/2 green pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 pkg. potatoes O'Brien frozen hash brown potatoes Bread crumbs for the top Saute onions and green pepper. Add soup, salt and pepper, Cheez Whiz and water chestnuts. Mix and pour over still frozen potatoes. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake until bubbly and hot at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Can be made and refrigerated to be cooked later. |
