TURKEY STIR FRY 
1 lb. turkey chunks
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots
1 c. mushrooms
1 red pepper
2 tsp. cornstarch

Marinate first five ingredient for 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Drain and save marinade. Stir fry oil and garlic 1 minute, add broccoli, onion, carrots, fry for 2 more minutes. Add mushrooms and red pepper, fry for 2 more minutes. Add cornstarch to marinate and toss all together. Serves 4.
