SWISS BLISS 
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 lb. chuck or round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and chopped (save juice)
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 c. juice from canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch (or flour)
1 tbsp. parsley
Heavy duty foil - 20 inch sheet

Spread center of foil with butter. Cut steak into serving portions. Arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each portion. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and salt and pepper. Mix juice, A-1 sauce and cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up over and double fold edges to seal tightly. Bake 2 hours in moderate oven (350 degrees). Roll back foil and sprinkle with parsley. Makes four generous servings.
