SAURKRAUT AND SPARE RIBS 
4 lb. spare ribs
28 oz. Silver Floss saurkraut
6 whole allspice
1 lg. apple, sliced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. hot water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sauerkraut in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and arrange sliced apple on top. Brown spare ribs under broiler. Place on sauerkraut and add water. Cover and bake 1 hour.
