BREAD PUDDING 
Six slices bread
Jam, jelly or preserves
1 pt. sweet milk
2 well beaten eggs

Butter slices of bread and spread with jam, jelly or preserves. Fill a buttered baking dish with the bread and pour over it sweet milk mixed with beaten eggs. Let the milk soak into the bread, bake until solid. Serve with your favorite pudding sauce.
