ITALIAN GARLIC POTATOES | |
10 red potatoes Peel skim from potatoes. Cut potatoes into 4 quarters. Slice about 1/2 inch thick. Rinse potatoes and put into casserole dish. Add 1 stick butter. Dice 1 whole onion. Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Last 10 minutes of cooking, remove cover to lightly brown. |
