NON-COOKED TROPICAL TREATS 
4 env. unflavored gelatin
8 oz. crushed pineapple in natural juice, drain and save juice
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Dissolve gelatin in the 1 1/4 cups juice. Add remaining ingredients. Put in 8 or 9 inch baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into bars. Can be served at room temperature.
