OVERNITE SALAD 
1 sm. head lettuce, chopped
1 onion, sliced very thin
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
Parmesan cheese

Line bottom of glass bowl with the lettuce; then layer next 4 ingredients. Drizzle over top sour cream and sugar. Drizzle over mayonnaise and vinegar. Be sure to seal up to edge of bowl. Cover with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
