BEER MUFFINS 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 (12 oz.) can beer (3/4 c.)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups or use paper liners. Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Fill cups about 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
