SAUSAGE - RICE CASSEROLE | |
2 med. onions, chopped 1 c. celery, sliced 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. sausage (or substitute ground beef) 1 pkg. chicken noodle soup made according to pkg. directions 1 1/2 c. rice 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds Saute sausage, celery, and onion until meat is brown. Add soup made according to package directions and rice. Simmer about 30 minutes or until rice is done. Garnish with slivered almonds. |
