CRESCENT CONEY ISLANDS 
1/2 can Pillsbury crescent roll dough
4 frankfurters
1/2 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 c. chili sauce

Separate rolls into 4 triangles. Roll dough into four triangles. Place a frank on wide end of each and roll up. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown. While rolls are baking, saute onion in small amount of shortening. Add ground beef and brown. Drain excess shortening off. Add chili sauce; blend and heat thoroughly. Serve over franks.
