Yolks of 2 hard boiled eggs 1/2 c. salad oil 1 tsp. French mustard 1 tbsp. sweet pickles, minced 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vinegar Dash of red pepper Stir egg yolks until smooth. Add oil slowly and stir in mustard and salt. Add the pickles and vinegar. Stir in mayonnaise and add the red pepper and minced onion. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use. |
