OVEN STEW 
2 to 3 lbs. round steak (stew beef)
3 to 5 potatoes
1 c. celery cut in 2 inch pieces
1 onion
4 to 5 carrots cut up
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 (18 oz.) V8 juice

Mix salt, sugar, tapioca and V8 juice and pour over meat and vegetables in a casserole. Stir well. Cover casserole tightly and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Do not uncover until ready to serve. Can also add any other desired vegetables. Serves 6 to 8.
