HOT SWEET GARLIC PICKLES 
1 gal. jar dill pickles (whole)
5 lbs. sugar
1 cluster garlic (chopped)
1 bottle Tabasco sauce

Drain and slice dill pickles in a large bowl. Pour in sugar, Tabasco sauce; add chopped garlic. Put into sterilized jars and seal. Refrigerate for 7 days. Turn jars upside down and shake for the first three days. Great recipe!

This is basically my recipe, but I use the 1 lb. 14 oz. hamburger dills from Walmart, 2 c. sugar, 1/2-3/4 bottle tabasco and a couple of tablespoons choppped garlic from a jar. I layer instead of mixing all together and shake and turn upside down for 10 days. That is the recipe I got from my cousin Patsy.
