AMISH OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
Place 2/3 cup oil on baking sheet. Rub chicken pieces in oil. Then drop pieces in bag containing 1 cup flour, 2 teaspoons marjoram, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon garlic salt.

Put skin side UP on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes; turn chicken and bake another 15 minutes.
