1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 eggs

Combine sugar and Bisquick mix together. Add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into lightly greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
