1 regular pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed with rolling pin
1/4 c. butter, softened
12 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Cover the bottom of 9x13 inch pan with half of the crushed cookies. Mix the butter, Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Set aside.

Mix the instant pudding and milk. Add to the Cool Whip mixture. Pour over the cookies in the pan and top with the remaining crushed cookies. Chill.
