FRENCH APPLE PIE 
7 c. sliced apples
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until apples are tender.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Cut butter in until creamy. Then sprinkle it on top for the top crust. Bake at 350 degrees until browned and bubbly.
