BUSTER BARS 
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. peanuts (Spanish or plain)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cookies and butter and press into 9x13 inch pan. Cut 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream into lengthwise slices, layer over cookies. Press peanuts into ice cream and freeze.

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Refrigerate until cold.

Pat over ice cream and cover with plastic wrap to store in freezer.
