1 romaine lettuce
2 green peppers
Mayonnaise
1 Spanish onion
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag frozen peas
1 c. real bacon bits
1 glass bowl (lg.)

Chop lettuce, put in bottom of bowl, chop green pepper layer on top. Chop Spanish onion, layer on top of pepper, add 1/2 or more mayonnaise to form a smooth layer from side to side of bowl. Add frozen peas and layer on top of mayonnaise. Add another layer of lettuce. Add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Great tasting and pretty to look at.
